Long, long ago a fairy gave the peacock a beautiful  tail. Peacock became proud. One day he saw another handsome bird in the water of the take that spread a fine tail when he did. Peacock jumped into the water to attack the other bird and would have drownet if he had not been able to climb out. When a magpie told him that he had been fighting his own reflection, he  felt very silly indeed.
